What is the Online Secured Property Tax Bill Notice Program?

The Orange County Treasurer-Tax Collector is now providing a FREE text and/or email reminder service to notify you once a year when a copy of the current year secured property tax bill is first available to view online. This notice will occur once a year, usually in September, when the secured property tax bills are mailed. Once you subscribe, you'll receive a text or email notice when the secured property tax bills are available online at ocgov.com/octaxbill. Parcels can be searched by APN or by address and then by clicking on “View Bill”. We also encourage you to “Go Green Electronically”, and pay online by eCheck at no cost or by credit card (2.3% convenience fee with a minimum charge of $3.95) or use our convenient pay by phone using your credit card at (714) 834-3411.

Within a few minutes after you submit information, you will receive a text or email confirming your subscription. To confirm that you do want to receive the Online Secured Property Tax Bill Notice, simply reply with a blank text or email. If you wish to subscribe to both methods, you will need to subscribe in two separate transactions as only one method of subscription can be added at a time.
